YOU GOT CARE RULES & POLICIES

“All forms must be completely filled out and returned before a child

enters the program. All forms are subject to yearly renewal and

must be kept up the date.”

“All Children enter the program on a month trial basis, during which

either party may cancel without notice. At the end of this period,

the parent(s) and provider will discuss how the child has adjusted

to the new setting. Advance payment is required for the entire

month period. “If care will begin at a later date, advance payment

for the first month of child care will hold a place for the child. This

program will not be refunded if the child does not begin on the date

agreed upon.”

“We require a one month payment which is applied to the last month

of care after notice of termination is given. This payment will not be

refunded if any reason you decide to don’t bring your child to the

program. The one month notice of termination of care will not count

during vacation time. The one month notice will be deducted from

the following month and not in the current month the notice was

given as the month is paid in advance and we won’t refund it. If

you are planning to have your child leaving our program and wants

the one month payment to be applied in your last month of care,

please send us an official notice before the day 1st of each month.

If you gave the deposit to save your child’s opening and changed

your mind about bringing your child to our program, unfortunately

you will loose your deposit as it is not refundable. In this case, you

won’t be able to bring your child in for only one month as we

believe that it is unfair with your child and our program to go throw

the hard time of transition only to use the one month paid deposit.

“A Parent-Provider Contract may be terminated at the provider’s

discretion with one month notice if she/he believes that continued

care of a particular child might be detrimental to the child or
